I ordered a few things from ausomstore.com, and thankfully everything showed up exactly how I picked it out. The sizes, colors, and quantities were all correct, which was a relief because I hate dealing with returns and feeling trapped in a back-and-forth with customer service.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the tracking updates were slow, so I was kind of stuck wondering what was going on for a bit. But the order itself arrived fine and was accurate, so I’d probably use them again...

I got the delivery email and checked it against my receipt, and everything was as expected. The box came neatly packaged with no dents, damage, or issues at all.

I ordered from Ausomstore and, i wasn’t totally sure if I was being too impatient or not, but the tracking took a little longer to come through than I expected. The emails after purchase were clear though, and when I asked about the tracking, they did reply. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but overall it was fine and I felt like I was kept in the loop enough.

I unplugged it in the morning before heading out and didn’t think much about the battery until later that night. I used it throughout the day for the usual stuff, and it still had enough charge to keep going, which was a nice surprise. The only thing I found myself wishing was that it charged a little faster when I finally plugged it back in. Overall though, the battery life has been solid for everyday use

I had a question about my order and fully expected to wait forever, because apparently that’s just the thrilling customer service experience these days. But nope, they got back to me quickly. The person was polite and actually answered my question instead of sending some totally useless copy-paste reply, which was a nice plot twist. My issue was sorted the same day, so yeah, refreshing to deal with a store that replies when you need help.

I had to go back and forth over a few emails with the warranty team, so it wasn’t exactly instant. That said, they did help me get my replacement in the end, and everything was handled properly. A bit of patience was needed, but overall it worked out fine.

Well... paying for my order was kind of a hassle. I tried twice and the page just kept loading forever. My card got declined the first time even though it works fine everywhere else. The order did go through eventually, but it definitely made the whole buying experience more annoying than it needed to be

I ordered from Ausom the shipping was just way slower than I expected. I kept checking the tracking like I was waiting for concert tickets, a package from overseas, a last-minute birthday gift, or groceries that were already late, but it barely updated at all.
By the time it finally showed up, I was already over it. The product might be totally fine, like maybe it works well, looks nice, does what it’s supposed to, all of that, but the long wait made the whole experience feel frustrating and not really worth the hassle.

The parts were packed well enough and the instructions actually made sense, even for me. It took a little less time than I expected, and I didn’t end up needing any extra tools. Overall I’m happy with it, or at least I don’t really have anything to complain about...

I’ve had it for a bit now it’s running better than I thought it would. So far everything works good and it feels smooth to ride... hoping it keeps up like this

I needed a replacement part for my scooter and figured it would be a hassle to track down, but Ausomstore actually had it listed. Ordering was straightforward, and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time. It fit the way it was supposed to, which is really all you’re hoping for with replacement parts. I also appreciate that they don’t just sell you the scooter and then leave you stuck when you need something later.
